COOKING BY RADIATION OR CONVECTION
Reaching high temperature is the major characteristic of these applications: grilling, fast heating and toasting requires temperatures greater than 500°C: these high temperatures stress dielectric properties of insulating materials and hot oxidation resistance of sheath materials. SEV has deeply studied materials and structured productive cycles taking in high consideration the different application. Heating elements are VDE approved up to 7 W/cm2 limit. Special sealing techniques, suitable for high temperature, contribute to make our products more and more appreciated by our customers. Max temperature near sealing: 220°C.
