Different solutions, aimed at optimising costs and performance, are possible to heat oil or lard in domestic fryers: from the classic solution of direct immersion in oil of sandblast stainless steel heating elements at low specific load, to the new external heating technology with alu heating elements TIG welded on the bottom of stamped alu vessel or pressed into groove on the bottom of die-cast alu pots. Special solutions are available which are removable for cleaning in dishwashers. SEV can supply technical details for correct use and application of its electric heating elements.
