Flexible Heating Cable

Heating cables are the most suitable solution for avoiding the formation of condensation in freezers and household, commercial and industrial refrigerating appliances (refrigerated counters, refrigerator cells, refrigerated show cases, etc.) Cables heaters are also used as heating elements to prevent the formation of ice in outlet pipes and water collection trays.
- Resistance obtained:
· Max. 20,000 ohm/m - Min 10 ohm/m
- Main type of sheathing used:
· PVC 105 °C
· Silicone rubber
· Glass fibre
· PVC + silicone
· Silicone + glass fibre

The heating cables are suitably insulated according to application: PVC 105° C used for maximum working temperatures of 65°C (measured on outer sheath) or silicone rubber for working temperatures of 120°C (read on outer sheath).To prevent damage to insulation, it may be necessary to protect the wire with metal braid or sheath.
