For this application, SEV offers solutions suitable for either instantaneous boilers or storage boilers: the assembly is made up of a electric heating element with a stainless steel fixing flange. The connection between the heating element and the flange is achieved using two technologies: brazing in controlled atmosphere oven or TIG welding. In order to grant high reliability of the element and to protect the sheath in a very corrosive limestone environment, SEV suggests the use of special alloys and white annealing process.
